Default What it is and can it go away?

Okay, i am not 100% sure what this is, but can it go away or should i hold onto it.. I am not concerned about it being weight reduction, more along the lines of cluter.. Keep in mind, i have no AC, Heat, AGR etc.. Let me know your thoughts on this.. If i really need it, i will keep it and find a way to clean it up and get it out of the way..Its this plastic thing that runs from where the main fuel line conects to the drivers side of the intake under the throttle body.. Thanks

Looks like it might be a check valve for the evap system (the pic makes it difficult to tell if the electrical connector is part of it or not)
That's my guess anyway

Well since the evap recirculates the fuel vapors from the tank (when it gets hot) back into the motor, if you remove it you may get a strong smell of gas on hot days, I wouldn't plug it up (you probably should plug the hole in the intake) just vent it to the air if you don't care about the smell (maybe a small filter to keep out debris)
It's up to you try it without it, if you notice some odd stuff, put it back
