Default well i did the TB

came out very nice, over all it was pretty easy. i used sanding rolls to work it down first. then 400,800,1000 grit sandpaper and here is the result. now i'm either going to use caliper paint or get it powdercoated later this week.

thanks, about 1 1/2hour grinding it down and 1-2hrs fine wet sanding it,

VERY nice Javier. I'm suprised it came out so good with your bad eye!!! hahah JKJKJK. Do I smell a side job?!? $xx deposit on stock TB- ship stock one back once new ported one is installed.....hmmm

i painted it today and it don't look bad at all. i hit up the spring with a wire wheel and it looks like new.

Damn! That looks slick! Post some more pics of the setup!

Wire brush + carb cleaner blinged my spring up like a champ.

I've actually found that a fine wirewheel in a diegrinder will produce near polsihed results on aluminum pieces. I've done 2 throttle bodies, my valvecovers, and the MAF ends (outsides) with my die grinder. You've got to throttle the die grinder well or the wires will fly out and stick in your upper lip, I promise....

I bet you could work that intake manifold over in the same fashion, it will bring a nice bling to even semi-rough cast parts.

you wanna see my TT's . i don't plan on doing the intake thats more than i want to do.
