Rear suspension bolt ons help, and they aren't expensive

Free mods are...well free

Are you M6? A4? If M6 try a new shifter, master/slave cylinders with the drill mod. A4? Converter/cooler will be your best mod

Some wouldn't call those bolt ons, but they are not very hard to do

As great as the LS1 is, I would keep at least $2,000 in the bank while modding because our rear-ends aren't great on A4 cars, and they are downright horrible on M6 cars. The transmission can also have problems even on bolt-on cars, and especially cammed cars reving to 6,500+

But if you're goals are under 400rwhp a lid, filter, ported tb, and LS6 intake would suffice for inductions mods. You can also get a ram air in which case I would recommend SSRA cause it won't heat soak like FTRA. Pullies are another bolt-on but they're not exactly related to induction. Suspension will also help for off the line traction and stability through hard turns.

For exhaust you can get a cut-out and have it installed for under $100. Or go all out and for about ten times the price get LT headers, and a thick mid-pipe. I don't think any options in between those price ranges will really net you good hp/$ ratio.

btw, I would recommend any of the free mods (unless you count ported tb.)

Then you can get cammed, or H/C, or any choice of power adders.

edit: new bellows and MAF are pretty pointless unless you're making tons of power and the stock peices are actually restricting airflow.

I take it by your s/n that it's an '02, if so you have the ls6 manifold, so port the TB (or send it to get ported), add either a cat back, or a cut out, underdrive pulley, a shifter, or if auto a converter and cooler.
Then it's the next level, heads, cam, etc. The only limit is your budget

Port the TB yourself, it's not that hard (there's a write up around here you can use for directions)
The bellows is primarily an appearance mod, do it if you want, but don't expect to feel a difference
As for the MAF, unless you have 500 (or more) hp the stock one flows just fine
