has anyone had problems with pacesetters y-pipe mine is hitting the bottom of the floor

Very common problem you may have to do the BFH mod. Or just move the exhaust around until it sits where you want it. Best of luck.

Yup, do a search and you'll find that the majority of people have this problem with it. A search will also find you a couple ways to fix it.

I think that's why alot of guys run the TSP y-pipe. It doesn't seem to have as many problems fitting correctly.

I'm having the same problem right now. I believe switching to the poly(?) motor mounts may help.

I'm haveing the same problem. I put poly mounts in and after about 2 weeks the mounts seem to have "broken in" and its hitting again. I also can't seem to get it to stop leaking. I cant understand how they can make the headers fit like a glove but make such a shitty Y. I'll have to do a search about it but if anyone can give any advice it will be greatly appriciated because I'm really starting to get pissed off with this.

heat up the y pipe and bend it alittle. thats what i did and no more knocking.

poly trans mount will do the trick 9 out of 10 times.
