which size of bullet?

which size of bullet? I have a 2 7/8 in inlet and outlet bullet muffler sittin in my garage from my camaro. I want to use it on my new fbody. it has jet hot LT w/ ory, magnaflow catback. Should i leave my setup the way it is or will be able to make more pwr if i dump it before the axle. If so should i use the bullet already have or do need the 3in. Any advice.

Just got done with this but I dumped it in front of the axle with no cats or mufflers...the i-pipe you are putting the bullet in is 2.75" so that tells you what size you need. Is it a Dynomax Bullet? I didnt see one that was 2 7/8 but I dunno...
