harmonic Balancer making noise
Ever since I got my car out of storage, it has been making a wierd noise comming from the engine near the serpentine belt. So, today I get underthe car while it is running, and It seams like the noise is coming from the big pulley near the bottom which I believe to be the harmonic balancer.
my question is, should I replace:
1. Just the balancer with one from autozone for 80 bucks
2. Autozone pulley and new belts?
3. Get an underdrive pulley system??
If you guys think I should get an underdrive setup, which should I get for my DD TA? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'd be willing to bet it's coming from the A/C compressor, a/c belt idler pulley, or a/c belt tensioner. You can remove the main belt and run the car for a minute without it to check and isolate the problem. The a/c system has its own smaller belt, so it will keep making the noise if it is the culprit.
The crank pulley is not going to make noise itself. A pulley with a bearing behind it, or a tensioner setup might make some, but the crank pulley is just seated on the crank.
