Default Pacesetter ORY to LM fitment issues...

After finally getting the headers in we went to put on the ORY and the damn thing wouldn't mate up to my LM! Both pipes were the same dia. We tried heating up the ORY but it definetly needs to be expanded. If anyone else is going with this set up be sure to do a mock up first!
It does sound awesome though, I can't wait to get it down the road! At idle it sounds about the same as before but when gassing it a little she sounds tight. We left the EGR hooked up but disconnected the AIR pump. I will remove it later-no codes as of yet.

I like this set up alot so far, (haven't driven it yet) so I'm not discouraging it. And I'm sure every pipe is a little different. It just sucks that the only thing thats keeping me from driving are those stupid pipes not fitting!

I had to get the opening on my pacesetter Y pipe expanded as well.

I didn't have that problem with mine before I switch to the flowmaster.
