00 t/a, where would I get the ported tb from and what size should I get? For a 1000 budget, what would you suggest for my 00t/a which I already have the ram air box, mti clear lid, and magnaflow cat back, what else?

Yeah the whole on your intake minfold is only 73mm across, if you put on the 80mm bbk the air will still only have to pass through the intake hole. you may even lose some air velocity by having that lip there.

if you have an auto get a stall, dont be afraid to get a big one like 3600 and above, a 2800 stall will leave you dissapointed.

Im open to whatever you guys think will get me the best hp for about a 1000 bucks, but no no2 bcuz I think I might kill myself in the process. lol.

Yeah an ls6 intake is always a good mod. longtube headers y-pipe and a cutout are always good for some power and sound.

are you gona be drag racing a lot or just general hot rodding around?

3600 stall and some decent tires will give you that launching off of an air craft feeling. maybe some 3.73 gears

For 1000 bux, you should go with a stall and then save up for some headers and true duals

http://www.converter.cc/inventory/GM...al_motors1.htm that is what a brand new stall will cost you.

Read this and then start to ask questions from there. Good luck and have fun

With a thousand dollar budget i would lean towards a TCI stall or a fuddle, that way you can use that extra cash for the install.
