I bought the set from Vinci High performance. The price is steep, but I think it was worth it in comparison to the local shops.
I got the Stainless Steal set for about $1,000 with shipping. I got some kick *** tips to go with it, but since they are singles, I chose not to use them. I am not to happy with mine currently, but they work for now. My current tips have "resonators" built into them, but one has broken twice on me and that was welded the second time.
I am extremely happy with this set, but the only problem is that it is setup for factory manifolds so if you want LT's you will have to get it modified. It is well worth it though.
Props. to Bassani for this kit.

Ok silly question time Refer me to the get my *** kicked thread
For the true duals, doesn;t it have to have separate mufflers? Is that a single muffler but with two separate chambers going to the pipes.. Silly me can see that it has 2 inlets and 2 outlets.. but if its going into a single muffler with a single chamber.. anyways. regardless its a very nice clean look.
that's just such a clean sexy look.. I keep scrolling up to drool...
How easy was the install?

That was my concern as well, but looking inside it looks to be dual chambers. Thanks for the compliments!!
As for new heads... just imagine how much more power you can get out of those heads with a nice flowing true dual system.

glad to see more people are starting to use the bassani. the muffler is a dual in/out set up. here's a pic of the inlet side of the muffler. it has a single chamber when it first enters. still two pipes running through it. if you are running headers, you just have to figure out a way to hook it to the headers. it's designed to bolt to the factory cats on 00-02 cars.
the stainless kit like ws6extreme and i have is 949.00. they have an aluminized version for 779.00.

Nice system. I thought seriously about getting the kit but discovered their kit won't fit because I have a Spohn torque arm with driveshaft loop. I would have to do so much hacking to their system, it just isn't worth it.
What I can't figure though is this. My Magnaflow cost less than 4 hundred compared to this system that goes for $999. I can't believe the one extra pipe and additional connectors from front to rear costs an additional $599.
The extra pipe doesn't add that much cost but that's what you pay for the extra pipe considering everything else is essentially the same as the Magnaflow.
Sure wish Magnaflow and others would see the light and start making true duals.

I have way more pics on my website of the muffler, parts, and installation. The modification for the kit to work with headers is actually fairly simple. The sound that this kit makes is sooooo.... much better than other systems that I have heard. I can't wait to get the car dynoed.
