Installed the Magnaflow...
Well, under the advice of members of this site, I installed the magnaflow cat-back today...
Quite easy. The only part some might have trouble with, would be the actuall cutting of the exhaust.
Other than that it went quite smooth and the fit was perfect.
My only complaint is it isn't quite as loud as I wanted, however, it does have a nice rumble to it, and it does perk up with higher RPM...
NOW
this has only made me want headers
As for power-gains, I can say I felt none. However, this is also a supporting mod I would say for headers, and such, so on to the headers!!!
just thought I'd say thks for the advice. saved me 75$ labour

My Magnaflow is finally starting to break in and it sounds great to me. I have Kooks long tubes and an off road y pipe. Nice and quiet at idle and highway speed and sounds wicked at WOT. Get the headers, you'll love the way the car will sound. I did not dyno my car before and after the headers and catback, but there is definately a seat of the pants improvement.

I noticed that my Magnaflow got louder over time. I thought that it was a little quiet too at first, and I already had LTs and ORY, but I think it was because I was used to running around with the cutout wide open all the time. Since I got my MS3 installed I rarely use the cutout anymore on the streets. It's pretty loud going through the Magnaflow catback.

Sorry to bring up this thread again. Been working...
Well, the car seems to be more responsive with the cat back.
As far as headers go, I am conerned with getting a proper tune, and seeing as how I live in Canada, particularily in the deep, I am looking at a 5 hour drive to have it tuned at reputable, experienced tuner with a dyno.
Another question about my headers would be setting the engine light, as well as the cost.
I installed the cat-back, as it was relativley straight forward - however with the instalation of headers, I am not sure about all the sensors - OR dummy sensors - and to be honest, I hear it is simple - but I think I would only attempt this with someone who has done it before. Anyhow, thanks for the responses folks
