Default Jet Hot emissions

I was looking at purchasing a set of Jet Hot headers for my 01 WS6. When I go to order them it asks weather it needs to come with or with out emissions. Me and a buddy are 90% sure that I need the emissions but I wanted to check and make sure I was looking at the right thing. It is the tube that comes out of the passenger side stock headers that would mean I would need to select with emissions on the Jet Hots. Anyone know if that is correct?
Thanks!

Yes, I believe that would be correct. I ordered the emission legal Jethots, too.

If you send me your email, I can send you pics of mine. They are very nice.

Are you going to keep the AIR pump? Or ditch it?
Do you get smogged? If you are going to use an
ORY then AIR may as well go. These fittings seem
to cause people trouble, they are the first thing to
fail (thin-wall tubing, T-welded).
