New 3" TD's Under axle with Powersticks Pics and Video inside!
I finally got some pics and video of my new exhaust up. Its Pacesetter LT's with 3" td's with an H-pipe, Magnaflow(Carsound) cats and 20" long powersticks, under the axle.

I like the way it sounds. I want to do the same thing in a few months so now I have a good idea on how it will sound with the stock cam. Are powersticks made by Magna as well?
I would also like to know what the cost was out of curiosity.

I love the way it sounds. its actually rather quiet up until about half throttle and 3k rpm, then it really gets loud. Its nice cuz I can drive it around and not stand out with a ridiculously loud system, unless I want to. No drone whatsoever inside the car either. Including the headers it cost me somewhere around $1200 and I still don't have tips on it. I'm still deciding on what to do for those at the moment. It probably has about a coke can worth of clearance at the lowest point which is at that weld on the backside of the driver's side cat. I'm very happy with it.

i love the sound of those powersticks.. i wish you would have got interchangeable offroad pipes and cats so we could hear both because i know it would sound nasty especially with a cam.. they make those powersticks in shorter lengths right?... im poor ill probably end up going with the tsp true duals if i feel like buying another exhaust..

I was thinking about having the shop flange both ends of the cats so I could have test pipes to replace them with, but I figured with stock cubes 3" exhaust isn't even being utilized and later on when I go with a bigger powerplant 3" will probably be just right, so cats really aren't restricting it much. PLus the shop was kinda iffy about doing it anyways, for legal purposes.

here's a link to another video I took driving up the mountain, to give you an idea of what it sounds like in the car and driving, the t-tops are off though.

That sounds really good. The kind of set-up I might consider. I had never really thought about under the axel and out the back. Would you have enough ground clearance if you got rims and wanted to drop it an inch or so?

They sound & flow so good, they should be illegal! No matter how inexpensive they may seem, the price is staying the same!!!

The cats are magnaflow. I just bought this set-up from bikeman for my 01 Z. Ill be installing it this weekend behind Hooker supercomp LT's, and a TR 227/224 cam/AFR heads. Should sound pretty good...
edit: Im lowered with adj. ride height, but I hope to still have decent clearance...
