Default LS1 headers&y-pipe? problems

I bought slp longtube headers and a y-pipe last June(05). When I picked my car up, I noticed I had very little ground clearance from the bottom of the headers to the ground. I find it very difficult to drive around town sometimes w/o scraping on something..

Basically, are the supposed to be so low to the ground or were they installed wrong?

SLP headers, they're about the only ones that are that low hanging, that's the way they're designed, they were installed right (as far as the ground clearance) they are well know for being the lowest hanging headers for the f body
FWIW my pacesetters don't hang low (the SFCs would scrape before the headers)
