Default Porting TB in ILLINOIS

who can do this for me? i red the write uo seems a little difficult to me, taking it all apart.

anyone???

I got mine from Texas Speed. No core charge either. Look around man. I still have my stock one. I think I will keep it.

Leave the stock throttle body unported. It's fine. Too many people have problems with a ported throttle body.

You mean ported MAF? Ported TB's are a kick *** mod.

like blur said form what i have been reading it is the MAF that gives the problem not the TB

BLUR.. what can i expect off a ported TB?? will i need a tune to go with it?

I just ported mine this weeked, turned out pretty badass. Might not be quite as good as some of the pro's who do it, but it was free and definitely gave a SOTP improvement. If you have a Dremel or similar tool just try it yourself, it's not very difficult.

My cam was installed by Speed Inc
Runs good ! So far so good

Anyway I am sending mine out to Bo White! Thats a REAL ported TB!

Did You port it all the way thru and replaced the plate for bigger ?

The stock MAF is fine too... leave it alone. I have seen far too many ported throttle bodies cause problems. Leave it alone. If you have a big cubic inch motor then just replace it with a larger throttle body.
