Default TB whistling

I epoxied my TB the other day and now I get a whistling at startup when the IAC is open. I was just wondering if I should drill the holes bigger?

I'll bet the whistling is your IAC is almost all the way closed except for that little area left now that the holes have been epoxied. If you have access to a scanning product, HPT, EFI Live scan the IAC counts and adjust the set screw accordingly.

No i don't have access to any scanning equipment. I'm also not sure what little area your referring to. I just assumed it was whistling due to the fact that there is only a 5/16" hole for it to draw air through now instead of the much larger passage it had before(is this what you mean?). It only does it for a few seconds at startup and then stops.
