Exhaust, Lid, UP, is a good start but like the rest of us you will soon find yourself spending a bunch of $$$ to go faster!! Good luck on your build up and have fun with it.

well how much of a budget are you looking at?
what are your goals and intentions with the car?
TSP offer their Rumbler catback for cheap money and their Rumbler X duals, however they are not for everyone. There are loads of exhausts and none that are really bad just some not as suited to each individuals needs and wants.
If you just want faster add nitrous.
If you want to build the car up then you need to plan each mod and thing of the long term goals.
Such as FI, if you eventiually plan on a supercharger or turbo setup then there are many parts you just don't need/want to buy that you otherwise would for a n/a setup.
Simple rule of thumb is induction and exhaust bolt ons then move with supporting chassis mods then move on to engine internals.
lid, ported TB, LS6 intake, LT's, ORY/catted Y, catback, shifter, 4.10 gears, cam and a tune.
Will make for a fast. Don't waste your money on stupid little mods like ported MAF's or smooth bellows. They make no odds and cost $$$ which is better spent on real mods.

Borla, Corsa, and Gmmg are the top 3 cat-back exhaust, but come with a hefty $700.00 or more price tag. You could also consider a true dual set-up. But your most bang for your buck is gonna come through your LT's.

One they are still pretty pricey to buy and have installed considering a TSP Rumbler is only about $200.
Also cut outs run the risk of leaking and sounding crap. Plus they don't by-pass the 2.5" tubing the stock exhaust uses.
And if you ever upgrade to a catback with 3" tubing the cutout will be redundant.
But each to their own
