TB Help ASAP PLEASE...car starts but throttle cable only moves when off
Just installed new tb and the car starts but the throttle cable won't move when the car's on, only when it's off....What the hell is going on ...Someone please help me here..Thanks

You need the blade / shaft travel to be stopped by the
set-screw, not by binding to the casting throat. The
engine vacuum is sucking the blade down into bind and
then you have to overcome that. Get it to where the
set-screw just -barely- keeps it free and doesn't make
TPS read off zero.
