cutout causing SES light

Default cutout causing SES light

I have an SES light on that says low efficiency bank 2. My mechanic says he thinks it might be the cutout. Has anyone else triggered an SES light with a cutout?

I have the cutout and I usually run my car with the cut out open, and I have never triggered any SES... ? do u have ur cats gutted???

no i dont but what does low efficiency in bank 2 mean? I heard it has something to do with the cats but what exactly?
