weird exhaust sound When i first start my car I am hearing a loud, humming whinning sound that sounds like an older sci-fi movie's laser special effects! It used to do it once in a blue moon but today it has done it all three times i have started my car! You can hear it pretty clearly from the outside of the car and i have narrowed it down, and I am positive the noise is coming through my exhaust! The only thing that makes the noise stop is to rev the motor, it doesn't even have to be much of a rev just as long as the rev is above idling! My mods are in the sig, does anyone have any experience with a sound like this? Any help will be greatly appreciated <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

Re: weird exhaust sound Is it a "resonance" that is like a loose baffle in the muffler? I get that same thing on my 2002 Z-28...but only after I start it....and only until it warms up. I've not narrowed it down, but it sounds like a baffle in the muffler "buzzing".
