Default Carsound HI-FLOW CATS

Sup guys, havent been on here in a while. I just got my Dynomouth exhaust installed and man it did make a difference <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" />

Now im thinking of installed a pair of Carsound hi flow cats!! what u guys think about this? Will it change the sound much?
Will i still pass emissions in NC?
Is it worth it?

I have them on my car and with my T1 cam I passed NJ emissions easily. I have a cut-out on a stock cat-back. With the cut-out capped, I wasn't even close to failing. I forget what the units of measure is, perhaps hydrcarbons. All I remember is I had less then 1/3rd of the max acceptable levels, my car was very clean.
