Default TPS keeps going out

Hi Fella's,
My TA keeps eating TPS's "Throttle Position Sensor". It kills about one a month. I checked the plug in, it's in good shape. Followed the wire for the connector, its never been spliced and appears to be ok. Any suggestions at all? This car has been a pain in the *** since day one. I'd burn it to the ground if I wasn't hopelessly in-love with it. "Love Hate relationship!" I run an OBD II check and returns no engine codes. Just starts Idleing wierd "2000+ RPM" and turns off my traction control on it's own. Put a new one in and it works fine for another month.

Yep, losing my mind over it........... and they're 40 bucks each. Wasted 120.00 on the dang things. Three more months and I could have bought my subframe connectors.
