Default LS6 intake swap from 99 to 2000

I think i am going to try to swap my ls6 intake from my 99(wrecked) and put it on my 2000TA and take my stock ls1 intake from it and put it on the 99 because I am selling the engine. I have never taken off an intake before. So How difficult will this be? Any advice is welcomed.

its not overly difficult, maybe 4-5 hrs worth of work at the most to do it all. just be carefull not to break off the oil sending unit on the rear of the block. ls1howto will walk you right through everything

yea, that oil sending unit is a pain. broke mine doing a head gasket job. that was a $30 mistake. 4-5 hours seems a little long on the disassembly though.
