question on cats(help) if i gutt my stock cats, on my 2000 z28 m6. will it make the SES light to light up. AND IF IT DOES, HOW WOULD I ERASE IT? WILL IT AFFECT PERFORMANCE IN ANY WAY..

Re: question on cats(help) Yes, the SES light will come on. If you decide to do that, get some 02 simms. Those will trick the computer into thinking you have cats (ungutted).

Re: question on cats(help) I'm thinking of doing the same mod on my WS6. Gutting the cats and adding O2 simms to compensate. I was wondering if anyone out there has done this and can vouch for improved performance. Any response would be appreciated. Thanks!
