Re: running rich
Beware, not all who think they're running rich really are. They go by smell and O2 readings. Not very scientific and very often misleading. A wideband O2 sensor is the way to go.

Re: running rich
he's right ya know
best way to find out is find a local dyno with a wideband A/F meter
i dynoed mine last week for the first time, and got to see my awful mid 11's on the wideband <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Yup, you just never know 'till you dyno with a wideband. After headers my O2 readings were .900-.930mv. You'd think that was on the rich side, right? Well, I had it checked out at MTI and it was 13.3:1. Definitely NOT rich!

Re: running rich
My car is way lean! I dyno'd with stock ported MAF ends and on the sheet, the AFR hits 16:1 then drops to 14.1:1 till red line. I put in a post, but few have responded. Some said to use MAFT. Any opinions?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: running rich
If you have an uported MAF I'd try that. If not, check for vacume leaks. If none, turn the MAF backwards. That will richen it up *some*. I don't know if it will be enough though.
But yeah, a MAFT will fix your problem.
