Header 1 is the non emissions header, has no AIR or EGR hookups, header 2 is the one with the emissions fittings, if you have a visual emissions inspection, go with header 2, if it's only the OBD2 inspection, or no emissions inspection, then you can go with either

eek, neither. get coated! the extra $90 is nothing compared to the longer header life and GREATLY reduced engine bay temperatures you get when you buy coated! c'mon, coated pacesetters are sooooo cheap to begin with. there is no reason to get painted

I would get the ones with "no emissions control provisions" or whatever, then have the AIR/EGR/Rear O2's deleted out (see sticky for more info).

What year is your car? Any reason why you don't want to get coated? Any preference for keeping the emissions stuff? How strict are your emissions testing?

Check out Texas-speed.com, they have great prices on pacesetters. They even have a coated header + ORY combo for $500 and a coated header + catted Y for $700.

dont bother calling texas speed if you want the off road y-pipe, just got off the phone with them and they are out for about 2 weeks . The worst part is i called them 2 weeks ago to order the P.S. LT's w/texas speed ORY and they were out of headers.....and now a couple weeks later their out of Y-pipes.I cant win, Thing is thats a good deal for $500. sick of waiting, guess im spending the extra $ for pacesetter package else where
