Default Difference between Weiand/LPE and Holley Intake?

Anyone know what the differences are? Is it just the branding at the time or what? Is one newer than the other?

Thanks,
Kyle

Cool! Makes me feel a little better. I knew that Holley owns Weiand but do you know why they decided to change the name. I was just curious because some of the intakes have Holley on them and some have Weiand with John Lingenfelter's signature.
