Are stock exhaust manifolds swappable between all years or no?

Re: Are stock exhaust manifolds swappable between all years or no? Also, '00 models AIR & EGR placement on the manifolds is different than that of '98 & '99. Tou can still swap them, but you will also have to swap your AIR & EGR tubes, or bend your existing ones to fit.

Re: Are stock exhaust manifolds swappable between all years or no? 98&99 are steel. 00 and up are cast iron. I've heard the cats are located differently also. Supposedly the cast iron units flow better, but I don't recall seeing any hard numbers to back that up.
