Default QTEC - Fittings?

I would like to find a fitting for a custom
weld-up, to mount a QTEC at the axle bend in
my I-pipe. Basically then the QTEC would see
the straight shot down the pipe. All I really
need is a proper SS flange welded onto some
3.25" SS exhaust tubing, only 1-2" of stub
which I would then customize to mate to the
I-pipe bend, hog out a matching hole in the
I-pipe and weld up.

But I don't see anything like this on QTP's
pages, I see everybody using the regular mild
steel cutout Y and hacking up the I-pipe.

Does anyone know of sources for the kind of
thing I'm talking about (a straight flanged
pipe stub in stainless, 3" or 3.25" with a
standard cutout bolt pattern)?

Yup,

Summit sells a stainles steel "exhaust flange" or "header reducer". I'm a little confused on your sizing though? Do you have a custom 3.25" exhaust? I just bought a 3" to 3" exhaust flange and had an exhaust shop weld it in.

You can see pics and here a clip here:

I have the SLP CME exhaust and the OD of the
I-pipe is 3.25" (except where it necks down to
match the Y Pipe). The best fit in a QTEC I
reckon is the 3". So pipes in that range would
do I guess.

So the QTEC bolt pattern matches the standard
header flange? That's handy....
