Default Cats and AIR system

I removed my AIR system and deleted the corresponding codes with LS1 Edit but now I am putting cats back on...do you guys think it would be harmful to the cats if I didn't put the AIR system back on?

Thanks,
Matt

Default Re: Cats and AIR system

I don't know so much that it'll hurt the cats as the only effect the A.I.R. system has on the cats is to accelerate the heating of the cats by injecting oxygen to them thorugh the exhaust stream.

See the other thread about "Removing A.I.R." as I posted a detailed explanation of the system.
