Default Which pulley set is best?

I've been looking at Year One's part# E398. It is a set of hard anodized billet aluminum crank pulley/harmonic balancer and alternator pulley for $219. You can get a belt from them for this set for $27. Does anyone know what the underdrive % is on these? Opinions welcome. <img border="0" alt="[USA]" title="" src="graemlins/patriot.gif" />

MTI pulleys are ASP pulleys and are the best made, IMO.
