need some help guys. i wanna order some pace setter LTs like this week. i heard that the gaskets leak after awhile that come with the pace setters. you guys using a different gasket?? i heard that the Felpro ones are pretty good anyone using anything else that have pace setters.

stocker GM multilayer are what most everyone, including myself, uses with no problems. Part number 12558573

these pacesetter ones are garbage the only reason i use them now is on my race car and they will be replaced ASAP afterthe rest of the important components come in

i used pacesetter ones, i think they are garbage, but they arent leaking yet

thanks guys i think im gonna use the multi layer ones. i was just curious cuz i'd rather spend money on a better gasket for good insurance in the long run when i get my headers.

you can probably reuse your stockers.i've reused mine a couple times and still don't leak.

Yeah, go with the stockers or a good multi-layer aftermarket peice. Do your motor mounts too!!!! (See sticky up top)

Stock gaskets are better than most.

Percy's Dead Soft Aluminum or Carbon gaskets are hardcore, as well.
