Default Changed TB

OK, so I put a new TB on, when I disconnected the tubes going into the bottom of the TB, coolant leaked out everywhere, is it ok that it got on the engine and pullies?

Default TB bypass

Ok, when doing the TB bypass mod, what if the TB does not have the to pipes coming out of the bottom of the TB? I got a ported TB and it did not have the 2 pipes. What now? Do I need some plugs or will it be alright just to have the holes?

Just connect the two lines together with a coupler. RKSport wants to take your money by selling an aluminum coupler for $25. WTF!!! Anyways, to make the tubes look better under the TB, just cut it off with a Dremel.

Best thing is to connect the radiator to the vent tube with a piece of 5/16" fuel line from the autoparts store. Probably less than $5 and you're done. You might need to use a pocket knife to bore out the inside of the hose so it wil slip over the radiator bung and use a hose-clamp.

Ok, so I did the TB bypass, but the coupler hangs a little too close to the top pulley. It's about a 1/2" to 3/4" gap. Is this okay?

It's fine, mine is closer than that. Make sure it's not going to start sagging though. You can always cut some of the hose to make it a little tighter though.

I used a plastic coupler I found at Autozone because they only had the copper ones that were too big. I hope the plastic is ok.

It will just grind off in time if it ever hits it.
