cali header help
I am seriously having issues and i hope someone can help me. I want headers and a y-pipe but i need to pass emmissions for cali. Which header and y-pipe, still using factory cats, or high flow, don't care, can i go with. Cali sucks!! Which brand and about how much am i looking at, and is coating really that important or will the wraps do the trick?

Basically were screwed. Anything other then shortys (jba, edelbrock etc.) are going to be illegal even with the cats. Reason being we cant move the location of the cats, which is what will happen with longtubes.

Re: cali header help
even though we have to move the cats they still serve the same function, so wouldn't it pass the test? Or are they that strict on that part, and is that the on'y reason they don't pass. Also will high flow cats pass?

Re: cali header help
It might not pass the visual test. However, many people do not know what a stock F-body looks like underneath. You may be able to fudge it. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
