I think it will bolt to the heads, because they carry over from the LS6, but, the throttle body is different, I believe. I don' t think it will swap directly over to a LS1 easily. I believe the TB opening is 90mm, but it' s electric and you probably wouldn' t gain a whole lot without a cam and or some heads. I could be wrong on this...

Many misleading comments about the LS2 intake on here...
You don't have to use a FBW TB on the LS2 intake... Any 4 bolt 90mm TB will work fine.
The LS2 intakes make good power when ported!
Kinda sucks they are getting such a negative spin on them...
Oh and it is not that hard to put a LS2 intake on a LS1... Move the MAP sensor to the front. Get some LS2 injector O-rings, and fab up some washers to secure the Fuel rails...
That's really all there is.

I run an LS2 intake, mainly because I wanted a 90mm Holley TB. Havent noticed anything bad about it yet. I know the test results, and I base that on decreased airspeed, probably due to the lesser CI of a 346 over an LS2. I would hope my cam and heads has fixed that, as its making way more power than a stock LS2.
If the stock LS2 is that bad why arent ppl. changing over LS6 from LS2 and going an after market TB for their LS2s? Probably because the power differences are not worth the effort.
Everybody knows these engines are intake restricted, pulling down head flow numbers considerably. How can an increased plenum volume decrease power? Large plenum volumes are essential for optimum power and torque.
I might get the ported one day, but for the cost of 2x FAST intakes, its not a "bad" mod.
Real world results happen at the track.
