Default Katech Tensioner: am i missing something?

Hey guys. Got a new Katech Tensioner from a member here, and i need to know what if anything i need for the install. It bolts on just fine, no issues there, but i cant get the belt to go around the pully: i put the pulley from the stock tensioner on. Do i need a smaller one? The tensioner only adjusts so far before it stops, and the belt doesnt want to wrap all the way around. Am i missing something??

Did you put the belt back on right? There should be a diagram on the driver side fender.

I've tried to get mine on for 30 minutes one time. It was SOOOOOOOOO damn close and pissing me the hell off. I had the belt on wrong.
