Is this a Question or a Statement?

I'm also doing Pacesetters LT's and ORY-pipe, and then Twister-muffler dumped before axel. Will it be loud?

Looking for a descent sound level, and then convert to TDs...

Yes to both. LT's dumped under the axle are gonna be loud, especially in the car.

Exactly what I have on my 99 SS. I went with the ceramic-coated Pacesetters, the Summit universal X-pipe, and the Dynomax Bullet Race Mufflers dumped before the axle. Inside the car, the idle isn't too loud, but it's pretty damn loud outside of the car. It drones just a little bit around 2K and everything above 4K sounds like the C5R taking hot-laps at Road Atlanta. Once I get my cam in, I'm expecting it to be a Hell of a lot louder.

The answer is probably, but it depends on a lot. What other mods do you have? Are you running cats? Are you running the pipes out the back or dumping? And what sort of bullet mufflers are you going to run (core diameter, body diameter, length & make).

All of these will make a BIG difference and it could go from mild to wild.

Longtubes, dumped duals with dynomax bullets and an MS3 is loud, but it's not race car loud (well, not as loud as a real race car). I daily drive that setup and love it.

"Loud" is a subjective term, compared to stock it would be very loud especially at WOT.

To put it in perspective a little...

I am a member of the Purdue Automotive Performance Association and most times people get together my car is the loudest and, IMO, sounds the best as well.

Stock engine with open longtubes seemed a bit louder, though it wasn't a back to back comparison so I could be wrong.

Adding cats will quiet it down some. It's still going to be loud, though. Also, running the pipes out the back of the car instead of dumping them before the axle will make it a little "less-loud". That way the sound vibrations won't be "bouncing" up and down under your ***.

There are loads of ways of making it quiet. Stock Corvettes, Mustangs, Jaguars, BMWs, Mercedes all run duals and are all quiet.

It's all about the mufflers and design of the exhaust system.
