Default Edelbrock Victor JR TB flange height question

Anyone know or can measure for me approx how high the flange for the TB/carb sits from the bottom of the intake/valley cover?

Thanks

Aprox. 5 1/4" from the valley cover to the carb flange surface. Aprox 5 1/2" from the engine block top deck to the carb flange. This is what I got for an actual installed height.
The manifold I checked was the one with no bungs drilled, although I beleive both styles are identical castings save for some extra machine work. Mac

thanks.. doesnt leave alot of room for an elbow on a vette

i wonder how millable it is.. i've seen some edelbrocks that have carb flanges that you can mill down like 1" and still have a square flange

Check out G-Z06, he has a carb-style intake and a big elbow for his snails. Had to get a custom hood to stuff it under though.
