ASP , MTI and Slp are all good pulleys and should net around the same power . Though if you are going to buy one I would buy one new since some of the old ones had issues . Do a search on underdrive pulley problems in this section .

i got a powerbond. same thing as the slp except a good amount cheaper. it has the high walls to prevent belt slippage.

do you need any new belts when you install a pulley?

pretty sure ya need 2 new belts. the slp u/d pulley i got came with recomended belt sizes. the recomended ones are tighter with the ud pulley. then my stockers were with stock belts, maybe you could use the original belts if they had enough tension on them from the tensioner, i havent tried it.

You have to replace both the belts.

The SLP is the same thing as the Powerbond pulley. SLP just takes the Powerbond, stamps "SLP" on it, and marks the price up.
