Are these dents bad enough to replace headers???

Are these dents bad enough to replace headers???
Last week my car bottomed out pretty badly on the highway, enough so to break a wheel. I finally got under the car to inspect for other damange and notice that my headers are all dented. I took pics but am wondering if it's worth the hassle of replacing them, and getting PENN DOT to pay for them. They are reimbursing me for damage done to my car, but I'm not sure they will cover the headers.
Here's pics....

They are longtubes, and that's part of the problem. I'm not really sure I want to battle with PENN DOT over replacing long tube headers. I'm sure the question could come up of why am I running off-road only items while on public roads.... see my point??
This is not to be a slam on the QTP's, they are tucked up really tight, and no matter what header was there, it would have gotten crushed like this.

I would change them, because i'm obssesive compulsive about that kind of stuff. I wouldnt think it would hurt power and flow that much. You will never get the state to repair a set of Off road headers. Dont bother opening a can of worms with that one.

Those dents don't look bad enough to worry about, and I was thinking the same thing about the off-road headers vs. DOT.
That bump didn't even look that bad! I guess you were thinking the same thing before you ran over it huh?
I thought that HP stopped making those wheels?

That's true, I guess I can list it as exhaust manifold damage, what you can them is subjective I guess. I am planning on putting it in a body shop and letting them right up the cost estimate to repair and replace any damages.

your cats would have been there if you didn't have longtubes. take some close up pictures of the pipe, but so close that you can't really tell where or what they are. just tell them that he damage was done to the exhaust system and get a price on new cats from a dealer to give to them. that should cover the cost of the headers?

Well, I got my tire re-mounted on the wheel today and talked to the guys about my car. The one service manager also has a ls1 T/A and I was explaining what happened.
He totally agreed to help me out by writing up the damage report using non-descript terms such as dents in the lower exhaust manifolds. He also said he would write it up with including labor rates for doing the swaps as well. Of course PENN DOT doesn't need to know that I'll fix the parts myself, but even if they don't cover everything, at least the labor will help offset some of the costs.
