Default missfire

I recently had the coils ,that were still in there brackets with the wre harness still on the coils. My question is does it matter what side the entire assembly goes on. So if i put the drivers side on the passenger side would it make a difference.

No it won't make a difference. I swapped mine on accident a few times.

If you've got a missfire, check plugs/wires.What did you do to it before hand?
