Default 02 sensors keep going bad!

this has been an issue for as long as 6 months:
i have the 13111's by bosch. i have autolites, stock plug specs. my problem is the ses light goes on and off every other week, but stays illuminated more than it will stay off. There are 2 DTC's but they are the read the same code. the DTC is reading that the o2 sensor for bank one has "insufficient swithcing". I have G5 cam, 10.5 CR and long tubes. i use the 13111's for there length of wire and abililty to warm up to the long tubes.

Does this bad 02 sensor affect how the car performs part throttle driving? because it feels like a pig to accelerate. GAS MILEAGE IS IN THE *******!

any one just think the stock spec autolites are the problem considering i now have bumped the CR to 10.5? could be fouling out them o2's?
