Default deleting rear o2s?

I plan on buying the xs supercompetition headers off ebay. But since they dont have catted y I was going to make my own. Instead of welding bungs and buying o2 extensions would it be alright to just delete the rear o2s while having cats?

Yes, they only tell you if the cats are working properly, they dont effect the way the engine runs.

You will set a P0420/P0430 code, but as Build said, they have no effect on engine runability.

I plan on buying passetter long tubes but im getting a tune soon and i just want to unplug my o2's and seal up the hole for the o2's on the long tubes with a bolt. Now will this affect my performance untill i get the tune with unpluged rear o2's i just rather do this instead of purchasing the 02 extentions and o2 sims. thanks and sorry for thread jacking

The o2 bung on the headers is for the front o2 sensors. Run the car without those and you'll be installing a new motor to go along with your new headers. You can leave the rear o2 sensors unplugged and it won't affect anything, other than throwing the SES light. However, if you don't run o2 sims (usually $50 used in the Parts for Sale section) or have it the rear o2s turned off, you won't know if something else is acting up b/c the SES light will have already been triggered by the missing rear o2s. You'll need the extensions for the front o2 sensors regardless.

I'm doing off road pace setters with no cats. Do they have all the o2 bungs that can be plugged back in? Do I have to leave any unplugged or weld anything?

They only have one bung on each header, for the front o2 sensors. If you're not using cats, you don't have to do anything else other than put your ORY pipe on or fab up TDs after the collectors.
