where can I find this kind of breather cap?

Default where can I find this kind of breather cap?
I want one that has a vent line in it so I can route it away from the headers/engine. I just dont know where to find them, any suggestions?

do they sell a black one with a vacuum line attachment for it that fits in the place of the oil cap? I wish I can get a pic of what I am talking about. I will check them though, thanks.
