Thumbs up Spark Plugs w/ new setup?

I am going to be installing The CheaTR Cam w/AFR heads setup to Thuder Racing's specs.

What NGK plug should I use, standard heat range? and what should they be gapped at? Any real benefit to changing plug wires?

Thanks.

NGK TR55's gapped at ~.055" for naturally aspirated
NGK TR6's gapped at ~.038" if you plan on spraying

I would close the gap up to .045 or .050 on the TR55's. Read the info on NGK's website and decide for yourself. I've been meaning to research it, but haven't got around to it yet.
