Default Going from standard ORY to custom ORY

Has anyone gone from a standard Hooker/TSP/Kooks/etc y-pipe to a custom y-pipe and picked up anything? My Hooker y-pipe of course doesn't have a merge collector or anything and was thinking about doing a custom one w/ a merge collector. Anyone done anything like this? I'm thinking I wouldn't pick up but maybe 2hp but would have a nicer tone.

Yeah I would think a gain a few hp would be possible...I have the heard the TSP Y is not the most free flowing.
