it might be your Y-pipe banging on the driverside floorboard, since you have an aftermarket one.

I have the same exact thing!!!! I just replaced my transmount and checked the y pipe and put a peice of rubber hose on it to try and solve the problem but it still makes the sound. Only when I tear into it 4-6k in 1st and when I shift hard into 2nd. It stops after that. I think its my stock catback banging around. I would check all your hangers.

My Exhaust Makes A High Pitched Chirping Sound Like Its Abelt But Worse.. I Get Under It And Shove My Boot Between The Y Pipe And Floor Board And It Stops...cant Seem To Pinpoint Which Component Is Vibrating Tho. My Headers Actually Touch The Frame Rails Enuff To Scratch Of The Thermal Coating So Im Thinking Its This And Might Clean Up With A Cutoff Wheel.and My Y Pipe Hits The Floorboard When The Car Twists Off The Line.

It is probably the y-pipe beating on the floor.
