Default 99 Trans Am Header Question

I have a 99 Trans Am like the title says and i was looking at the Flow Tech headers, Y-pipe, and Cut-Outs on the following page but one of my freinds said not to bother with Flow Tech because they didnt fit well and they were just a hassal but he didnt install them on an LS1 just a Mustang, and a Chevy Pickup. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the LS1 Flow Tech Headers and if you could maybe help me out? Thanks in advance. Joel

P.S. Sorry, i dont know why it the link wont go directly to the page but you will have to search 1999 Trans am then click on Exhaust. Thanks Again, Joel

Flowtechs have crappy welds and weak flanges from what I've read here. Pacesetters are the same price and have a much better rep. Most on here would tell you to go with those.
