Magnaflow...I had it and loved it.

Very little rasp - for me atleast. Some people have complained about rasp with the Magnaflow.

I say Magnaflow or Hooker.

What kind of headers do you have? I have a Magnaflow catback now and I'm installing my Pacesetter LTs and ORY this friday. I'm hoping I'll like the sound!

Well I've got Borla and I LOVE IT and so does everyone that has heard it, but I've got the catted Y. Yes Borla does get raspy with ORY but so does every catback(including Magnaflow). Only real solution to rasp is cat the Y. Won't take much horsepower off with high flow cats and will sound 10 times better. Got exhaust videos in the sig.
