Duals? are they legal? I live in NJ and id like to run true duals that dump before the axle but i was wondering if there are any laws that say where the exhaust has to exit from or anything like that. Would it fail inspection even if had cats and all because its dumped? Just curious to see if anyone knows anything about this subject.
