Default TSP Y-pipe starting to rip apart??wtf

So I noticed my y-pipe was hanging abnormally low earlier this evening, about an inch of the ground, usually it's about 2 inches. I pushed it back up with a prybar, and it was loose as hell, right around the driver's side header. I took off the clamp, to find the the damn y-pipe started peeling, like an aluminum can off my header. To say the least, I am pretty pissed off. I really didn't mind the leaks, and low hang of the pipe as long as it functioned and got the job done, but now it wants to rip apart? Looks like I will be in the market for a new ORY very soon.. ..

Anyone else had this problem?

Oh and that sucks. Let me know what you find. Post some pics if you can and I will look closer and see if I can see anything on mine.

Maybe it got caught on something on the road as you were diving, like a truck tire or something.

it had a band clamp around it, and the band clamp is ok, just the pipe started to rip.
